HEALTHCARE HOUSING
Maniilaq Patient Housing
Kotzebue, Alaska
A modern patient housing facility supporting the Maniilaq Association's regional healthcare hub. Providing patients and families a place to stay close to their community while receiving care, designed with the services and amenities they need.
Delivered as part of a coordinated 105(l) strategy that funds the facility throughout its entire lifecycle — and, as the Tribe's development partner, we see it through from planning and financing to construction and delivery.
WORKFORCE HOUSING · IN PROGRESS
Maniilaq Staff Housing
Kotzebue, Alaska
Purpose-built staff housing that helps Maniilaq recruit and retain the healthcare workforce a remote region depends on — a critical piece of sustainable Infrastructure often overlooked in facility planning.
Now under active construction following a groundbreaking with the Maniilaq Board of Directors, the project is designed for durability and efficiency in the Arctic climate — with TDP providing owner's advisory and construction oversight to keep the community's priorities in control at every stage.
